LoLo’s Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and shipping location.
The following methods are available:
UPS Ground
Guarteed delivery within 5-7 business days to and from every address in
the U.S.
UPS 2nd Day Air:
Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days to and from every address in
the U.S.
UPS Next Day:
Guaranteed delivery within 1 business day to and from every address in the
U.S.
The price for these options will be calculated at check out.
A $2.00 handling fee is added to each order.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1Pm Eastern Standard Time will begin
processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending
the availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1Pm EST
will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 24 hours.
Orders
placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing Monday and ship within
24 hours. LoLo's Boutique.com will contact you following your oder if the
merchandise you have selected is not in stock.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed,
and with tags attached for a full credit to your credit card. All shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be received within
3 days of receipt of purchase. You can return merchandise by shipping (we
recommend insurance) within 3 days of receipt of purchase. Returns MUST
be postmarked by this 3 day grace period. Items returned past this period
will not be accepted. Your credit card will be refunded upon arrival of
your return. All sales or discounted items are non-refundable. To exchange
